The Mississippi Egg Marketing Board proudly helps sponsor the Mississippi 4-H Omelet and Crêpe Cooking Competitions held during the Mississippi State Fair and the Dixie National Rodeo. These competitions give Mississippi youth the opportunity to showcase their creativity and cooking skills by preparing delicious egg dishes. Winners receive prizes sponsored by the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board, the Mississippi Poultry Association, and the Mississippi Beef Council.
